Rethinking meeting culture

As part of the realignment of the entire event sector, scalaria has reinvented its 10 meeting rooms over the past 1.5 years at a cost of 4.8 million euros. Designed as meeting suites rather than conventional meeting rooms, they are not only multifunctional but also serve as a source of inspiration.

 

The "new way of meeting" proclaimed by scalaria begins as soon as you enter the resort with a view of the multimedia ceiling screens. The meeting rooms are characterized by a design philosophy that combines natural and regional materials such as wood and glass with advanced technology, art and designer furniture - true to the motto "natural product meets new technology". The dark oak flooring, textile walls with adaptable LED lighting and embedded flatscreens complete the concept.

The Signature Stage No. 1
The flagship of this new type of meeting is "The Signature Stage No. 1" in a prime location on Level 6 with a view of "Wolfgangsee". It offers all the amenities of modern meeting culture with a high degree of flexibility. Thanks to the curved LED wall and the oval stage, the new meeting room can be used as a TV studio, but is also suitable for receptions, keynotes or symposia. With the option of broadcasting live worldwide or connecting meetings with gatherings at other locations. Lighting and dimming options make it possible to adapt the atmosphere to individual wishes and requirements.

 

CO2 neutrality

In addition to the renovations, scalaria has taken a significant step towards sustainability. A water heat pump sends lake water through two closed circuits and heats and cools the building. The new meeting rooms are supplied with fresh mountain air via an additional fresh air system. The pump motor is powered by a 150 kW peak PV system on the roof.

With the new additions for spring 2024, involving an investment of 4.8 million euros, the company is underlining its position as an industry leader and inviting guests from all over the world to be part of this revolutionary and sustainable concept.

Opening offers in April and May

As a welcome package for the "new kind of meeting", scalaria is opening this year's event and meeting season with top offers. Both the "5th Avenue" meeting area (for 40 people) and the use of "The Signature Stage No. 01" (from 100 people) & the DOX Teatro (up to 1000 people) are available for our guests at the opening price in April and May.
