Supporting the kitchen management in the planning, organization and creative development of our event cuisine
Operational responsibility for the production of high-quality menus, buffets and live cooking formats
Management, motivation and guidance of the kitchen team in daily and event operations

Participation in seasonal menu designs and special concepts for gala events, congresses and shows
Coordination with event management, technology and service for smooth event processes

scalaria talent academy gives you as a motivated and committed personality, as a young tourism professional or as a career changer the opportunity to discover and develop your talent in a family-owned company with an international business network and a high profile.
in a period of 2 years you will have the chance to put your experience and expertise into practice with a high degree of personal responsibility.
you will receive in-depth training in up to four departments and support the department manager and his team in all areas in order to take over areas of responsibility yourself as quickly as possible.

Your stage - your special leading role
As a catering manager, you will be responsible for the entire catering department.
Culinary delights in our event locations, in the "Circus Circus" theater restaurant and at
exclusive banquets. You combine strategy, leadership, staging and operational excellence.
Your main tasks
Planning, organization and implementation of exclusive galas & corporate events
Creative menu and buffet systems in collaboration with our Executive Chef Klaus Kobald
Further develop quality standards and make the scalaria brand visible with every event
Designing a smooth and inspiring guest service
Budget and cost responsibility (cost of goods sold, personnel costs, forecasting
Conception and implementation of innovative gastronomy strategies
Ensuring a highly professional, economically strong F&B operation
Team allocation, leadership tasks, and resource planning
Restaurant Leadership & Concept Development
• Restaurant Leadership & Concept Development as part of the summer restaurant concept "scalaria sunsetwing" & Lemon Beach Restaurant & Bar
• Employee training & HR payroll issues
• Interface with banquet F&B management, project management, and shift leads

What you bring with you
Experience in at least two international locations (hotel/resort/event/catering) F&B, banquet, or event management
Leadership skills & empathy in dealing with people
Strong quality standards and a professional understanding of service
The joy of rethinking gastronomy
Knowledge of business fundamentals (budget, personnel expenses, cost control)
Organizational strength - even under great pressure and at complex events
Resilience, strong communication skills, and confident interaction with guests
Creative mindset for staging, show & worlds of experience
Good computer skills – user level
