• Restaurant Service Team - Station Management and Premium Guest Relations @ restaurant circus circus

• Lemon Day Restaurant | Scalaria Sunset Wing | Assistant Beverage Management

What you bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship | Catering training in at least one international location (hotel/resort/event/catering) F&B, banquet, or catering company

• Leadership skills as a head waiter | Chef de Rang & empathy in dealing with people

• Professional understanding of service, eye for restaurant details, and overview of guests

• The joy of rethinking gastronomy

• Experience with restaurant cash registers and order management systems (general experience)

• Enjoy working in a team | Organizational skills

• Resilience & confident interaction with guests

• Good computer skills – user level

The largest event venue in the Alps, "Europe's superior event resort scalaria," is looking for additional reception staff starting in mid-April.

The Scalaria Event Resort at "Wolfgangsee" a hotel for corporate events. Individual travelers can experience the "Scalaria philosophy" for just a few months of the year. Our hotel has 210 designer rooms and unique locations for events and meetings for up to 1,500 people.

Reception duties:

• check-in as well as check-out of the guests

• guest service as well as complaint management

• answering the daily mails and phone calls

• preparation of offers and booking confirmations

• Working with Casablanca hotel software

• responsibility over the hotel cashier and parking tickets

• Necessary preparations for upcoming events

Your profile:

We are looking forward to a motivated, responsible, flexible and communicative person who integrates well into the team. Teamwork is our top priority. In order to master the daily tasks well, precise work is required. Equally important are:

• Very good German and English skills

• Very good computer skills
