at scalaria at "Wolfgangsee" became the center of the future of tourism:
Over 600 participants from tourism, business and politics accepted the invitation from the Upper Austria, WKO Upper Austria and Upper Austria Tourism - and made the Upper Austrian Tourism Day 2025 a real highlight for the industry.

Under the motto "Connecting the Dots", everything revolved around what makes the future possible: cooperation, inspiration and the courage to rethink.
Together, the next era of togetherness was heralded - from cooperation to collaboration, with a clear vision and united forces.

Key topics for the future were discussed in various sessions - from digitalization and AI to sustainability, mobility, cuisine and working with young talent.
A day that showed: When ideas, people and regions come together, real innovative power is created.

Scalaria wins the Innovation Award in the Event Locations category (500-1500 pax)

At this year's Upper Austrian Tourism Day, scalaria was awarded the Austrian Innovation Prize in the category Event Locations from 500 to 1500 people. The jury was impressed by the comprehensive renovation and visionary adaptation of the location, which has created a completely new niche in the B2B events sector. With its unique concept, scalaria sets new standards for event spaces in which brands, people and emotions come together in an extraordinary way.

The prize was accepted by Peter Gastberger, scalaria's visionary, together with Simone Gastberger (Head of scalaria) and Humberto Schenk (Head of scalaria).
