At scalaria, we believe that events should feel dream-like—and be as individual and unique as you are. To realise your vision as best possible, our project management team will support you in all phases involved in planning and holding your event. This ranges from initial contact and making an offer, to finding ideas and putting together a curated culinary programme, to the tailor-made concept and its implementation. No limits are imposed on your preferences and ideas.

Your unique event experience is rounded off with catering. Award-winning chef Klaus Kobald is the new Executive Chef at scalaria.
Our kitchen puts on five menus per season, i.e. spring, summer, autumn and winter, to give guests a feel for what is on offer. Guests are free to decide whether they want to choose an entire menu for an event, or whether they want to swap out one or two dishes. We are happy to advise on this and make arrangements to suit customer preferences. We also offer vegetarian and vegan menus, as well as menus with seasonal produce.
